Hoorno Trust (May 2021–January 2026): ERP Manager. I aligned Odoo ERP's manufacturing, MRP, inventory, sales, warehouse, costing, and reporting processes with the factory's actual operating model. I adapted production methods to the accurate, traceable, and sustainable data structure required by ERP and established end-to-end integration across design, production, and management data.

Dadaş Çelik (August 2020–February 2021): Project Manager; Bridging the Design Office and the Factory Floor. Product: High-security steel doors and fire exit systems. [The Problem]: Delayed design updates and BOM errors were driving up costs. [The Solution]: I developed 'Parametric Design' algorithms using Grasshopper. Now, when a complex door is drawn, the system generates error-free BOMs and cutting lists in seconds. Through Digital Twin simulations, I eliminated errors by 40% before the product even turned into metal.

Yontime / Yavilioğlu Reklam (March 2018–July 2020): CNC Manufacturing Manager; Precision Data Management in Mega Projects. Product: Architectural facade elements for Qatar and Saudi Arabia Metro Stations. [Detail]: The materials were extremely expensive; slight scrap meant huge losses. [The Solution]: As Technical Data Lead, I orchestrated advanced 'Nesting' optimization using SigmaNEST and Metalix. Managing data from drawings to G-Code for thousands of unique parts, I achieved the goal of 'Zero Non-conformance' in site assembly.

Berkeh (January 1999–January 2018): Founder; High-End Boutique Production Management. Product: Luxury structures combining wood, metal, leather, and glass. [Transformation]: Unlike mass production, the challenge was 'High-Mix, Low-Volume'. I established hybrid production lines to solve joinery details of mixed materials. I created a flexible workshop system capable of producing bespoke designs without compromising industrial quality standards.

Sanei Manufacturing (January 1999–January 2009): Founder; Industrial Roots and Mass Production. Product: Cable Trays, HV Cabinets, and Industrial Reels. [Success]: Scaled from a 3-person workshop to a factory fueling regional infrastructure. I multiplied capacity by installing Roll-Forming lines. I held full P&L accountability from sourcing to collection. My 'Cost Accounting' mindset in ERP systems today stems from the dust of this factory.
