My mission was to transform 20 years of manual production habits into a fully integrated digital governance model. I configured the Odoo ERP system (Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales) not just as accounting software, but as the factory's operating system. Berkeh (2009–2018): High-End Boutique Production Management. Product: Luxury structures combining wood, metal, leather, and glass. [Transformation]: Unlike mass production, the challenge was 'High-Mix, Low-Volume'. I established hybrid production lines to solve joinery details of mixed materials. I created a flexible workshop system capable of producing bespoke designs without compromising industrial quality standards.
